This is an amazing vintage 1" wide ribbon from the 1930-1950s. The top edge is a polished cotton sateen with the lower half being lightly ruffled seersucker. Original true vintage cotton ribbon from France. The French truly excelled at the weaving of multi colored ribbon, this is no exception.
